Coordinate daily field activity across multiple active commercial painting and wallcovering jobs
Communicate schedule changes between GC superintendents, property managers and the office
Track manpower, material orders, deliveries and equipment so crews are never left waiting
Walk jobs before and after work to verify quality, prep and protection standards
Run safety huddles and make sure crews follow jobsite safety requirements
Keep daily reports, progress photos and punch lists up to date

3+ years in commercial construction; painting or finishes experience a strong plus
Working knowledge of commercial paint systems, wallcoverings and drywall finishing
Ability to read drawings, finish schedules and specs
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
Organized, responsive and comfortable working with GC teams and building management
Comfortable with a smartphone, email and project management software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Available for some early-morning, evening or weekend coordination on after-hours jobs

Prep surfaces: patching, sanding, caulking, masking and protecting floors and furniture
Apply paints and coatings by brush, roller and spray to a consistent commercial finish
Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trim and exterior surfaces
Assist with wallcovering installation and specialty finishes as needed
Keep work areas clean and safe in occupied buildings, including during after-hours work
Follow the foreman’s direction, job specs and finish schedules
Help complete punch lists so jobs close out clean
